Budding designer in the making?

These pictures are of my son Arrick who is only 7 but likes to sew when I am.He has his own machine and table and sets himself up next to me when he feels like sewing.

The photo below is of his work in progress!

Dear Kerrie-Anne,

I was thrilled to see your son sewing! It's nice to see young kids become involved and share in the love of quilting with a family member.

I was also tickled to see the small sewing machine. I've been teaching my 8 yr old granddaughter to make quilts. The machine Arrick is using is the perfect size for small ones.

Would you mind sharing the name of the machine Arrick is using? I'd certainly be most appreciative.

Tell Arrick he's done a grand job!

Cheers!

I love to see young children doing crafts. I don't have any children of my own but I try to introduce craft of all kinds to my nephew and niece. The niece seen me tatting and she asking me to buy the item for her which is bigger for her small hands. At the moment, they are suppose to be doing finger knitting with her mum - need to know the progress.
